-VISUAL: Intense violet red color, bright purple rim, excellent brilliance, clarity and intensity, average to high density.
-NOSE: Medium aromatic intensity, fruit notes of raspberry and cranberry jam. Light hints of apricot, licorice and menthol.
-TASTE: Fruity and slightly tart aftertaste. Great body and a slightly oily texture with a long finish.
PAIRING: Lighter meats (quail, turkey, pork, bacon, ham and veal), barbecue red meats and lamb, as well as with pastas and pizza, and chocolate-based desserts.
