-VISUAL: Intense violet red color, bright purple rim, excellent brilliance, clarity and intensity, average to high density.
-NOSE: High aromatic intensity, fruit notes of cherry, plum, tomato and dried fig, with notes of leather and tobacco.
-TASTE: Strong fruit flavors (cherry and tomato) and minerality, followed by big tannins and less earthy notes. Good balance of tannins and acidity. Long fruity and slightly tart finish.
PAIRING: Mexican food (spicy and with corn as a major ingredient), pasta, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces, barbecue grilled-meats, smoky dishes, regional Spanish cuisine, roasted vegetables and cured meats.
